It lets you buy fruits using Beli and Robux. It gives you permanent access if you buy a fruit with Robux. The stock resets every five hours. The fruits now get physical.

Uncommon: 100% chance 2 random uncommon fruits minimum and 5 max.
Rare: 100% chance 1 random rare fruit minimum and 6 max.
Legendary: 5% chance 1 random legendary fruit minimum and max.

New stock updates every five hours. Currently there are 40 total Devil fruits in game: Spin, Bomb, Paw, Wolf, Giraffe, Leopard, Human, Ice, Spike, Gum, Sand, Love, Buddha, Magma, Venom, Dark, Shadow, Rumble, Flame, String, Light, Gas, Snow, Gravity, Allosaurus, Brachio, Op, Quake, Spinosaurus (was a legendary), Phoenix, Dough, Dragon, Spirit (Was a legendary), Smoke, Mammoth, Gold, Magnet, Toy, Gate (this is only a list of all fruits)
The most common fruits that can be in the Black Market are Zoan fruits and the common fruits in general. Logia, Rare, and Legendary fruits have a low chance of showing up, so it's wise to not switch between fruits carelessly since you never know when it'll pop up again. When you buy a devil fruit from the Black Market, it will be physical in your hands (for now).

However if you buy 2 devil fruits with robux you can press the equip button in the black market to change to the devil fruit that you want to use. You can switch back between devil fruit powers if you bought it with robux at the black market.
